Best Western Hotels is the biggest hotel partner to the SAS EuroBonus program. This means that as a EuroBonus member you can earn points when you stay at a Best Western hotel. Choose from over 4000 hotels all over the world. You earn 600 Extra EuroBonus points on qualified rates booked through www.bestwestern.com or 020-792 752. Remember to let us know that you are a EuroBonus member when making the booking, and also to show your member card upon check-in. Note that no points are given for conference halls, packaged deal, group rates, bookings paid with fly miles or rewards points, SAS staff rates or any bookings made through a 3rd part booking channel (such as booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com etc). If you own another membership from a different company you are not able to earn points for two separate loyalty program for the same stay. Points are only earned for 1 room per stay and only when the payment is made by the membership card holder.

Benefits

As a EuroBonus member you will be given the following benefits when staying at a Best Western hotel:

Silver and Gold membership (only Scandinavia)

  • Double room for the same price as a single room when travelling with a companion. (subject to availability in the hotel)
  • Free access to the hotels night club
  • Free access to the hotels sauna

Book with points
Your earned EuroBonus points can be used for paying for you stay at Best Western hotels in Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia,
Lithuania and Poland. Same rules apply here as with other hotel partners in the SAS EuroBonus membership program. Basic and Silver members can only
book rooms with EuroBonus points when making a flight booking with your airmiles points at SAS or with one of their airline partners. Gold/Pandion
members can book rooms with EuroBonus points without making a flight booking with your airmiles points at SAS or with one of their airline partners.
Bookings with EuroBonus points are subject to availability.

A booking made with EuroBonus points are always valid for a double room and require 15 000 points/night and will be charged your account on the day of the arrival. Breakfast is always included – local taxes and fees are paid by the guest. Children (under 12 years of age) can stay in existing bedding in the same room and the price varies from hotel to hotel. If an extra bed is required this must be booked in advance directly to the hotel and paid for by the guest at the hotel. Your booking with EuroBonus points are booked through SAS EuroBonus membership service. Upon arrival your EuroBonus card must be presented along with the booking number given to you upon reservation.

Missed out points
If you lack points from one of your stays at Best Western, you can, with your hotel invoice, claim your points up until 6 months after your stay.

Remember to write your name and your EuroBonus number on your claim.
